If you need to report an emergency repair when our office is closed, please contact Lovell Respond.

For emergency repairs only, please phone the number(s) above and the operator will say “Welcome to Lovell Respond Out of Hours” then “Welcome to Careline”.

Please say you are an Arches Housing tenant and give them your name, address, telephone number and details of the emergency repair.

They will then allocate a contractor to phone you back who will make arrangements to call out to your emergency repair.
