Annual Resident Report
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the organisation responsible for monitoring whether or not we providing a good service. One of the things that they require us to do is produce a report for our residents on an annual basis. The report which is produced in partnership with our residents, sets out how well we are currently performing against the (TSA) regulatory framework for social housing.
Within the framework there are six standards which cover all of the services that we provide. By taking account of what our residents have told us and how we compare with other social landlords we have been able to make an assessment of how well we are doing. Having considered all of this information we are aware that there are a number of areas where we need to do better and have therefore agreed an action plan for improvement.
