Arches Housing are recruiting for a Asset Investment Programme Coordinator

LOCATION:  Burngreave, Sheffield                                    


Asset Reinvestment Coordinator - £29,500 (subject to Job Evaluation) – 2 year fixed-term

You will be a highly organised and customer-focused individual, with the know-how to deliver and support reinvestment programmes, ensuring customers receive a first class service when having improvements carried out to their homes and will deputise in the absence of the Asset Reinvestment Manager to ensure capital and revenue expenditure is monitored whilst managing external contractors maximising value for money.

The post holder will be required to combine a strong business focus and structured approach with a ‘can-do’ mind-set.  They will play a vital role in the delivery of the investment program and be responsible for the relationship with customers

Due to the nature of the role you must have a valid driving licence, have access to car, and the necessary insurance to use it for business purposes on a daily basis.
