Our first 13 new homes in Kiveton Park, Rotherham have been allocated. The new tenants have been signing up and moving in over the last 2 weeks, just in time for Christmas.
The development at Chapel Way in Kiveton will see Arches Housing provide 43 affordable homes to rent and for shared ownership. The homes will be a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom houses and 2 bedroom bungalows.
