What our customers think about our services and how they think we should deliver our services is important to us.
This year we are reviewing our Tenant Voice Strategy which needs to set out how we will involve and listen to you about how we deliver our services. We have previously had a Resident Engagement Strategy which you can read here resident-engagement-strategy-2022-2025.pdf.
However we don’t need you to be an expert on our services or what we have and haven’t done, what we need from you is to really hear from you about what would get you involved in helping us make our services the best they can be for our tenants.
