We own just over 1,300 homes in Sheffield, Rotherham and North East Derbyshire that we rent at social and affordable rents, including 100 shared ownership properties.

We split these homes into three patches for management reasons - Central, District and Region:

Central

This patch is made up of our homes in the North area of Sheffield, including:

District

This patch is made up of our homes on the outskirts of Sheffield, and NE Derbyshire, including:

Region

This patch is made up of our homes on the outskirts of Sheffield and  Rotherham, including:
