Looking After Your Mental Health
These days, people are more aware of how important it is to take care of our mental health, just like we do our physical health. If you're struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, help is available. Arches tenants are able to access support from our tenant support service. The service is totally free, confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
We’ve also put together a list of local and national support services that you can contact for help, support and advice.
What to expect.
You’ll speak to trained professionals who are there to listen.
They won’t judge you.
They can help you understand what you’re feeling and what to do next.
If you don’t want to talk on the phone, many services offer webchat, text, or email options too.
