Our roots are firmly planted in North Sheffield where we set out in 1975 to buy and refurbish dilapidated and poor quality homes to preserve a strong community at threat of displacement by demolition. Since then we have gone on to provide quality affordable homes to more than 1,220 households across Sheffield, Rotherham and now Chesterfield, for both social rent and for shared ownership.
Our tenants reflect the diverse and rich make up of culture and religions in UK society today, and we are proud to support these communities to thrive by providing quality homes that people want to live in.
We are a small team of 30 (and growing) dedicated individuals who feel strongly about what we do, and are keen to find talented team members who share our values.
