If you are invited to interview this will usually take place within the 2 weeks after the closing date, unless advised otherwise.
Our interviews are traditional meetings where we will ask you a series of questions relevant to the role, and occasionally an occupational test to determine your suitability, but it’s not just about us!
Interviews are a chance for you to get a feel for whether this is the right place for you too, so we welcome any questions you have and will answer them honestly. We will always give feedback because we know how important this is for you, and likewise, we welcome your feedback on what it was like for you.
