It has been realised that one thing we need to improve upon, is shouting about our achievements and sharing that information with you, our tenants. 

Therefore, read on below for a snapshot of what Arches have been doing and the outcomes we have achieved.

This year we're investing £1.6 million in our homes, increasing our planned works programme by more than 23% from last year.

That means:

🏠 62 new kitchens
🛁 36 new bathrooms
🔥 87 new boilers
🚪 30 new doors
🏡 36 new roofs*
🪟 26 homes with new windows

We're committed to Delivering Quality Homes and making sure our residents have homes they can be proud of.

🗣Tenant Voice Strategy

We had nearly 1,500 conversations about services we delivered last year and we use this information to make changes. For example, we have worked hard to improve how we tackle anti-social behaviour improving our communication, support and delivering extra training to officers.  We are building on this – watch out for opportunities to meet our Board of Management, who make the decisions about how Arches is run, and invites out to meet staff and teams and talk to us directly about your experiences living in our properties.
