Tenant Voice and Engagement
Arches and those at the heart of our organisation - our Tenants
Tenant Voice 2026
We have a new Tenant Voice Strategy (2026 - 2028)!
Listening to tenants is not only important to us – it is a
key requirement for all housing providers.
As a social landlord, we must:
- Be transparent and accountable
- Offer meaningful opportunities for tenants
to influence decisions - Ask for feedback and publish how we are
performing - Involve tenants in matters relating to the
safety of their homes
Therefore our new *Tenant Approved* Tenant Voice Strategy explains how we will meet these responsibilities in a clear and meaningful way.

Tenant Engagment History
Arches Housing have a long standing relationship with the community and over the years have engaged tenants in various groups in order to better the processes and style that only tenants can bring to a housing association. However, during 2021/2022, Arches reviewed its approach to tenant involvement and co-regulation. As a result, it was identified that the role of residents within the governance of Arches needed to be strengthened.
Tpas were appointed in mid-2022 to support Arches Housing to develop this new approach, and we worked with a group of tenants, colleagues, and a board member to develop the Neighbourhood Network. For more information on the Neighbourhood Network please click on the box above.
