We recently held another vibrant Neighbourhood Network meeting with our tenants, and it was a remarkable success—thanks in part to a delicious curry buffet!
We take immense pride in nurturing a strong relationship with our tenants and truly value the insightful feedback and support we receive. This collaboration allows us to continually strive for positive advancements in all areas of Arches Housing.
The topics of discussion can encompass a wide array of subjects related to Arches Housing, and each meeting serves as an essential step toward understanding our tenants' wants and needs. During this meeting, we concentrated on reviewing the outcomes of the previous complaint strategy group, assessing the new Tenant Voice Strategy review, and evaluating operational key performance indicators.
We also found a moment to chat about our current status and future plans for the celebrations marking Arches at 50!
