The office will close for the festive period at 12 noon on Friday 22 December. We will reopen at 9am on 02 January.
During this time, you will still be able to access the emergency out of hours service on 0114 2288100, but usual repairs services will be suspended for the holiday period.
Remember, you can report non-urgent repairs, pay your rent, check your details and more through the Arches Portal via our website.
