Arches is pleased to announce that we recently purchased 5 more homes in Dinnington, on Taylor Wimpey’s Swinston Rise development, following on from 8 homes we purchased last year. The brand new homes are all 3 bed homes let based on affordable rent, with some families moving in the next day.
Looking ahead we have 10 more homes to be delivered on this estate – 5 more homes at the beginning of December and another 5 homes in the coming year or so.
Arches continues to invest in growing as an organisation, whilst investing in our existing properties. Acquiring more high quality homes in our operating area is one of Arches five key priorities and fulfils our role as a registered provider to ensure more affordable homes are available across our region.
