Arches is pleased to announce that we have purchased another 5 new homes in Dinnington, they are on Taylor Wimpey’s Swinston Rise development, and were purchased at the start of December. The brand new homes are all 3 bed homes let based on affordable rent, with all homes let within a day or two.
Looking ahead we have another 5 homes in the coming year or so to be delivered on this estate.
Arches continues to invest in growing as an organisation, whilst investing in our existing properties. Acquiring more high quality homes in our operating area is one of Arches five key priorities and fulfils our role as a registered provider to ensure more affordable homes are available across our region.
