We have started our yearly customer satisfaction survey. This survey is to collect the information for the Tenant Satisfaction Measures that have been introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing.
At Arches we are committed to improving the service we provide to our customers. Your feedback will help us to see how we are performing as your landlord and also where we can improve. Once the survey has been completed the findings will be shared on our website and also in our newsletter.
TLF Research, an agency which specialises in this customer satisfaction measurement, may call you to carry out the surveys on our behalf. The interview will last approximately 5-10 minutes. The call will come from Huddersfield, which is an 01484 number. TLF Research interviewers are friendly and will make taking part as easy as possible for you. You are no obligation to take part but if you are able to share your views, it would be most greatly appreciated.
