Our Annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey will commence next week on Monday 16th September.
This survey gives our customers the opportunity to give feedback by answering questions relating to important services such as repairs and complaints. These measures have been designed to increase service standards and improve the quality of social housing by ensuring housing providers are accountable for the services delivered to customers.
We have commissioned Service Insights Ltd, working with HouseMark to conduct this survey for us. We will be collecting these responses via telephone surveys during September and October.
Customers will be contacted randomly to gain the sample size needed, the survey is voluntary, and you can remain anonymous to Arches Housing when responding.
