The Regulator of Social Housing will be at the Arches offices at 122 Burngreave Road, Pitsmoor, Sheffield S3 9DE 22 January 2024 conducting a routine assessment of Arches.
If you would like to come and speak to a member of staff from the Regulator of Social Housing about your experience of being a tenant with Arches, you can attend a drop-in session on 22 January 2024 between 11.30 am and 1pm at Arches Housing Office .

We are an independent body that regulates social housing landlords. We make sure that landlords are well-managed and financially stable. We also make sure that they provide services and maintain homes that meet our standards.
Event Details
Staff from the Regulator of Social Housing will be at Arches offices to meet with tenants at 11.30 am to 1pm on 22 January 2024. This will be an opportunity to find out more about the Regulator and tell them about your experience of being a tenant with Arches.
To make sure we hear from as many people as we can, we may limit how long each conversation will last.
