Updating your journal if you receive Universal Credit

In February we told customers that the rent on your home would increase in April. If you receive the housing element of Universal Credit, you need to update your journal to the correct amount. If you are unsure please contact us and we can tell you the amount or you can log onto you customer portal to find out.
