And we want to hear from you! Tell us how to involve you better, at one of our focus group sessions!

We are excited to announce a focus group created specifically for you, our tenants! To adapt our services to better meet your needs, we invite you to share your thoughts with us. To facilitate this, we have organised two focus group sessions, which will take place both at our OFFICE and ONLINE, ensuring you have an opportunity to participate in the discussion.

We understand this requires time out of your day, so we will provide a £25 shopping voucher for those who attend, along with snacks and beverages!

Discussion Topics:

• How have you previously shared your views with us or other organisations?
• What barriers prevent you from contacting us?
• How can we encourage greater tenant involvement all round?

Please remember to reserve your spot at either session so we can accommodate your dietary needs and prepare your voucher. Thank you!

FOCUS GROUP ONE:

Takes place: Online - Via Microsoft teams. We will send a log in link to your email.

FOCUS GROUP TWO:

Takes place: Arches Housing, 122 Burngreave Road, Sheffield S2 3DE

Date: 24 July 2025

Time: 10:00am to 11:00am

Please arrive around 9:50am and we will welcome you to the meeting room for refreshments and snacks!
