Repairs to gas fires ;
If you have a gas fire and report a repair, we will attempt to repair them.
You will be advised by our Customer Service Team that when a fire is beyond repair, the fire will not be replaced.
If we are unable to make the repair we will;
Disconnect the fire and leave it in place until you want us to remove it.
Or
Disconnect and arrange for removal of the fire and make good the wall/skirting boards.
We will not approve the installation of a gas fire, log burner or multi-fuel stove or heater.
We will offer a £25 decorating voucher for making good to any damage to decorations caused if a fire or surround is removed but we are not able to carry out any decoration.
