Moving within Arches

Moving home if you are already an Arches tenant

If you are already one of our tenants you can apply to join our transfer list. To be eligible for a transfer you must:

• Be registered on a choice based lettings scheme
• Be registered with Homeswapper
• Have been a tenant for at least 2 years (except when we believe your need is especially serious)
• Not owe us money for rent, court costs or other things such as repair recharges
• Have repaired any problems in the home that you are responsible for
• Not be breaking any of the terms of your tenancy

We would only offer one property to people on our transfer list. If this offer is refused, an applicant would not normally be able to apply for more properties for two years.
