There's lots of useful information here about your rent and other charges. If you're looking to pay your rent online and have an account, or want to create an account, go to the Arches' customer portal.

We're proud of our homes and we care about the people who live in them. Your rent goes directly into ensuring all of our homes are in good condition, and that you're able to get the help you need, when you need it.

To help us do this, it’s important you pay your rent and you pay it on time. It's a condition of your tenancy that your rent is paid each week in advance.

If you get into rent arrears, you may end up losing your home. That's why paying your rent needs to be top of the priority list.

We know times can be tough, and people can get into financial difficulties, which is why we follow a firm but fair procedure when it comes to missed rent payments or rent arrears.

What not to do if you're in rent arrears
  • Don’t ignore the problem as it won't just go away on its own.
  • Don’t ignore our attempts to contact you - we can work with you to help you solve any issues you're having with your rent.
  • Don’t borrow money from unauthorised lenders or payday loans companies. This will cost you much more over time.
